I'm off to North Wales with my girlfriend next week, have not climbed on slate in years. We are after some decent sport 6b-7bish? Any recommendations of places to check out? Routes we should get on etc?

Cheers

The new multipitch sport routes in Twll Mawr are damn good. Also Heading the Shot, True Clip, Taken Over by Department C, Beltane, Slabs R Us and Scheherezade. Short Stories is worth a punt at E4, no gear needed - there are a few bolts to protect a ground fall but expect a big swing!

... I would call E4 6b these days. The new bolts are bomber, but it is not 'sport climbing'.
