exceptional customer service from Sigma

I slipped over a few weeks ago and knocked my lens and mistakenly thought I had damaged it as some pics I took afterwards looked a bit soft. Decided to send it to Sigma for inspection worried about how much it was going to cost....

Sent it yesterday morning had a phone call midday today saying it had been tested and they couldn't find any fault with the lens, they are sending it back monday to arrive with me Tuesday at no charge.

I think that future buyers of their product might be interested to know that based on my one experience the customer support they offer with their products seems to be damn good.
