/ resting HR
This seems very slow. I'm pretty fit, but certainly don't consider myself more than 'fairly' athletic.
Blood pressure is 90 over 60 - again, quite low.
Should I be concerned, particularly about the HR?
Not really, I'd be worried if it was zero, unless you are a Vulcan! :-)
Had an NHS health check this week - being offered to the mature citizen - my HR was 42 and BP was 115 over 70. Last year I had an ECG, it thought I was dead as they hadn't set it to accept HRs below 60bpm!
yes, check it again.
Look at the links- it suggests if your heart rate is less than 40 bpm you might think about seeing your GP, same for blood pressure 90/60 or less?
I was serious, check it again and ring out of hours GP.
Sounds condescending I know but did she times it by 3 and not by 4?
