As I have an inordinate amount of work to do at the moment, my mind has been wandering towards the mountains.

Does anyone know if there is a summer/rock route up the face of Lord Berkeley's Seat at An Teallach? It looks like there's a winter line but I can't find any records of it being climbed in summer.

When I was there it was in deep winter and enveloped (of course) in clag so I didn't get a proper look at it. Pictures online seem to show a fair amount of vegetation, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I'm just curious if it's been done, or if anyone think it's remotely doable/in any way not a heinous idea.

I very much doubt it's been done in summer. Give it a go and see!

No, it's not been done. If you want to try, I'd wait for dry conditions.

I eyed up a direct line up the pillar last summer. Looks hard but I remember it being fairly clean... I think?
