We're about to head up to North Wales for 3 days but looking at the weather forecast its going to be pretty wet.

Can anyone with some local knowledge advise whether we're likely to find somewhere dry over the next few days or if its likely to be washed out?

Consider going South or Southwest. Forecast here is for showers and sunny periods. Swanage/Portland/Torbay/West Cornwall or the Culm Coast all dry reasonably quickly and you can generally get stuff done even during iffy weather.

thanks- south coast is a good last resort, but ideally we'd stay north somewhere and in shooting distance of Llanberis.
