Hoping to get on some rock this weekend, anyone know if Bowles, specifically Fandango wall, will be dry considering the recent rain?
And any ideas of the best day over the weekend?

You can look at the weather forecast like anyone else.

Doesn't seem unreasonable to ask locals whether bits of sandstone are in condition in spring. A forecast of 30% chance precipitation over the next two days doesn't tell you very much. You would need a weather history over the last month and a lot of familiarity to have any idea which bits of crags are in and out
