I'm driving to Font from Dieppe later this week and I've been told that the bridge at Rouen has been closed for a couple of years following a lorry fire.

Does anyone know if it has re-opened if not are the diversions well signposted? How much more time should I allow for the drive?

The bridge in Rouen is still closed. It will be re-opened in the summer. It takes about 3 hours from Dieppe to Fontainebleau (if no traffic jam around Paris...).
