Sorry for flogging a dead horse but couldn't find it on old threads.

Anyone know what sort of nick the path down to Blacknor Beach (Fallen/Triple Slab bit) from Sharbutts Quarry is in? Was never the best even before a landslide!

Also am I right in saying you can access Battleship Block by following the clifftop path and dropping down at the Veranda, as for Wallsend North?

The access to Triple has changed a bit - drop down from the cliff-foot path after the waterfall(approaching from the south). Some of the routes down there have been affected by storms ~ the belays on all three routes on the seaward face and on Mystical Gill are all currently unsafe. The first bolt is missing on Rough Diamond on the diamond slab.
Access for Battleship is, as you say, via the rope in the gulley, as for the Veranda.

Bit confused with the geography though- only go there once a year! By waterfall do you mean that big wet/seepy streak in Blacknor Central? So basically you just go further along the cliff base path from the quarry before dropping down?

yes, traverse past beneath the waterfall at Blacknor Central until you are below the route 'Best Destiny' and look for the path down from there,
