Does it usually stay quite clean year on year?

Can't help you this year but I went a bit later on in June or July last year in the heatwave. It was pretty filthy. That E2 was pretty damp and grim at the top; Grand Prix was filthy but climbable (just extremely hard - got to be 6a); GTX had been climbed a few times and is a brilliant route.

My bet would be dirty and probably damp too. Others may have better informed views.
