I have has 2 punctures in the last month on a turbo trainer.Brand new tyre and cannot see anything wrong with the wheel.Very perplexing The TT is in a cabin that my daughter also uses to make glitter pictures so there are bits of glitter around, could these cause a puncture? Any clues anyone. I get fewer punctures on the road!

unlikely to be the TT - check the rim / spokes arent through the rim tape or there isnt a metal edge on the valve edge. occasionally punctures can be weird, best bet is remove inner tube carefully so you know the relative position of the tyre, inflate and see where the hole is, then place inner back against tyre position and confirm position of likely cause. good luck it can be odd at times.

Incidentally, using a normal tyre on a turbo trainer will knacker it... well worth getting a trainer tyre (and a spare wheel) if you can

Are you using a TT tire? Tires get much hottor on a turbo trainer (no cooling wind and the roller gets locally hot too) so get soft.

What does the inner tube show? Were both the holes the same?
