Climbing in Jersey - abseil approaches?

We are booking flights to go to Jersey in a fortnight. Do we need to take an ab rope or can plenty be done without?

We've ordered the guide book but it hasn't arrived yet.

You wont need one , most of the good stuff is fairly easy to get to.
If you climb on La Nethe Falaise , an ab rope is advisable..
But in general , you will be fine without.

When I went to Jersey I bought the guidebook at the Tourist Information Office. Lots of good single pitch sea cliffs. I need to go back!

For the benefit of anyone searching for CI info - the majority of crags in Guernsey don't need an abseil approach either, although sometimes an ab rope allows you easier access.
