Claiming money back for non-delivery of goods

Hello,

I placed an order from http://www.theharmonicacompany.com around three weeks ago and haven't heard a peep off them or received my goods. They have a number on their website that I can't get hold of anyone on, an enquiry form on their website that doesn't work for me, and they sent different telephone number on an 'out of office' email that doesn't exist.

It seemed like a pretty reputable company but I guess not. How can I go about claiming my money back? Contact my bank?

Thanks,

David

If it was on credit card and above 100 pounds I think you can get CC company to sort it out. If it was bought on debit card then there is something called charge back. I'm trying to do something similar. It specifically covers non delivery of goods.

Thanks for that. I'll be sending them a letter this weekend. Such a pain!

You could give a try posting on their FB page. Sometimes going public gives results fast https://www.facebook.com/TheHarmonicaCompany
In reply to David Kirsfelds:
It is not recorded as a UK company, which may or may not help, but if you check out http://www.whois.com/whois/theharmonicacompany.com you will see the current registered details of the guy behind the domain.

Thanks for looking into that! The whois.com link has another email address so I'll have a go at that now.. I've tried messaging on Facebook but nothing as of yet.
