I placed an order from
http://www.theharmonicacompany.com around three weeks ago and haven't heard a peep off them or received my goods. They have a number on their website that I can't get hold of anyone on, an enquiry form on their website that doesn't work for me, and they sent different telephone number on an 'out of office' email that doesn't exist.
It seemed like a pretty reputable company but I guess not. How can I go about claiming my money back? Contact my bank?
