I've been looking at the matterhorn and was wondering if anyone has any advice and information, in perticular the Hörnli ridge (as it seems to be the easiest way up...)

The Hornli ridge is dead easy with a guide and a pair of jogging trainers

There are loads of threads on this - do a search. But the direct answer is no, it's not particularly easy to find. Note also the hut is shut this summer.
