So I had an injury that I thought was an A4 pulley, I rested it and iced it everyday. Now the pain in the A4 is gone it seems like the tendon isn't going through the pulley cleanly and is catching slightly (feels like it could be either a3 or a4) and can cause stiffness and slight pain unless I wiggle the finger side to side to which I hear a small crack and frees up my finger and all pain. Anyone know of any physio I can do to help? Or should I fork out for a professionals help(id rather not if I can help it)?
