All the info on this , in the papers and online seem to be around what happened to the dossier, rather than who's names are IN the Dossier.
( probably we could all guess Cyril Smith, and if not, it will be a pretty poor dossier )
The report says :-
"We still have no idea who made the allegations or who at Westminster may have been involved."
And that, is the way they want it to remain.
