The Kalymnos Workshop is a climbing coaching holiday aimed to make rapid improvements in your climbing through targeting technique, tactics, and mental approach through at-the-crag workshops and 1:1 coaching from our team of professional climbers.

Since 2002, these coaching holidays have been opening a new world of opportunities for many climbers from around the world. 2014 is a big year for us, in September we will radically alter the format to allow for greater choice, more tailored coaching and even more positive results.

The new format offers a choice from two or three climbing workshops including:

• basic technique for slabby and vertical climbing
  
• technique and tactics for steep climbing,
  
• falling safely and confidently,
  
• multi-pitch climbing,
  
• onsight tactics, and
  
• redpoint tactics
  

The new format will allow the coaching to be more closely fitted to the needs and initial climbing level of those attending. An average ratio of 1 coach per 4 clients will be maintained throughout.

To deliver the climbing workshops coaches Lucy Creamer and Simon Rawlinson have joined the team of Adrian Berry and Gaz Parry.

The dates allow for six days of climbing with one rest day. The price (£550) includes hotel accommodation and a 15 week pre-trip training programme. We strongly advise booking early as trips are usually fully booked well before the start date - also booking your flight early will be less expensive - Easyjet operate a service directly to Kos from Gatwick.
