I think the judge will chicken out and go for a suspended sentence. Cue lots of outraged clucking and a compromise of a couple of years, which means one. But then, I'm a cynic.
But for some offences, past sentencing rules dictated the sentencing. Had the offences been committed in modern times it would be much higher (I hope).
