Just been into wilds of Knoydart with Milett expedition 65+ sack great bit of kit but found it awkward to use after as day sack especially as floating top pocket did exactly that when sack was only partly full any suggestions

I have one of these and have used it as a hlaf full day bag for winter climbing. Can't think of what is happening to yours.
I've got one to hand though and will come back to you when I've had a look.

Okay, had a look and perhaps the way the bag is sitting on your back is knocking the buckle on the lid straps open?
I just passed the extra loop of tape over the buckle then into a larksfoot which should prevent that from happening.
If you think that there is a fault, please bring it into a Tiso shop and we'll have a look ... I'm in the Perth shop but am sure any of my colleagues would be happy to help.
