On Joe Browns they have an offer on some edelwiess oxygen 50 m doubles that look really good, how often do poeple think having a 50 compared to a 60 would make a difference in trad and alpine stuff?

I find my 60m halves useful for running pitches together, and also if the anchors are quite a way back. I'll be buying 60m again when I need some new ones.

i find 60s great for winter and useful sometimes but rarely need em cragging or on most mountain routes (unlles you want to run pitches together)
