Got a Worcester Bosch boiler which a service agreement administered by D & G.
Just realised that agreement has not been renewed since Nov 2013 with Direct Debit cancelled. Spoke to D & G who insist that I cancelled the agreement, which I deny, I told them that I didn't want to argue over that but that I needed the agreement reinstated. Their response was that they couldn't reinstate the agreement because the boiler is over eight years old. I'm a bit miffed
