Would it be against any football rule?

Sub section b of Rule 113 clearly states that:

"Goalkeepers shall not benefit from any form or device or clothing that will give them and unfair advantage with regard to elevation or flight. Futhermore, any attempt to gain an advantage by any means, as deemed so by the referee, will result in the goalkeeper being penalised".

The rule was written over a hundred years before they started wearing gloves, so I don't think it counts.

If he had a wingsuit he probably wouldn't be standing about in goal. Surely far more fun zooming around the big walls of Norway and Switzerland than trying to stop a daft ball going into net.
