Looking for Ideas for a short walking holiday...
Hi all,
Myself and a mate have some holiday time to use up over the summer and we're keen to do a short walking holiday in the continent. We're after something in the mountains - so far we've discussed the alps or the pyrenees (though this isn't set in stone). We've both got decent mountaineering experience so we're happy on glaciers and in mountain environments. In terms of time we're thinking something over 4-5 days. Any ideas?

I like the look of the Julian Alps. Thinking of going there myself, hopefully next year.
