Decent sound on a Chromebook

Hi


I want to get best quality sound from my new Chromebbok (hp14). Does the hp14 work well with headphones amps (like a fiio E12) using decentish headphones (grado sr80i). Do I even need a headphone amp for decent sound. Using Google Music and FLAC files.
