I'm off on a short jaunt to Canada with Mr TC in a couple of weeks, and we could do with some travel insurance. There's likely to be some mountain biking and some climbing involved, though nothing massively technical. I've looked at Snowcard and BMC insurance - are there any other companies good for this sort of thing?

Depends what you're after. STA do some good general policies. You could buy a basic holiday and then get top up insurance for your specific activities - you'd only pay for the relevant days.

Sounds interesting but I'm not sure when we'd be doing particular activities so it's probably better to have something that covers us throughout the trip.
