Large pictures on UKC

There are plenty of photos on UKC that can be expanded by clicking on them, but mine always just upload as one size only. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong when I upload them?

If it helps, I've just been through your gallery and they all come up full screen. You have some nice shots there.
