/ That customer service

Not a name and shame. But I am a little baffled at this response.

I ordered some 8mm slings the other day, and received 11mm instead. No bother, I just emailed (they have no phone number) the customer services to get it rectified. This was the response (she highlighted these areas herself):

> You have received correct item 11mm slings. However if you unhappy with the purchase please follow our normal return procedure

Wow, just wow. Sent them another email, hopefully they won't try contest the point any more.

I think you should (though I suppose the thread might get deleted). That is staggeringly incompetent and incredibly patronising.

I'd be escalating that as far as I could get to get that person kicked. I hate patronising customer service staff with a passion.
