Apparel.....as in the current Wild Country UKC feature.

When I want a pair of trousers or a base layer etc do I say to partner/climbing buddy "I'm off to (Shop Name) to get me some apparel"?

I don't think I have ever used the term in conversation...I think it is yet another invasive (North) Americanism. Pity...I really like wild Country kecks!
