Midges at Stanage

Planning to climb at Stanage tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what the midges are like at the moment?

Don't eat honeydew melon if worried, worst magnet I ever offered them, and the mozzies up on Burbage. I think water melon is meant to be okay even a repellent. J

Thanks, Admins, for moving us to the correct forum. I had considered posting in Destinations but knew I wouldn't need a 'plane to get to Stanage. Had a great day btw with no midges!
