So me and my buddy are looking for a nice new place to climb, ideally somewhere out of the way of the summer masses (I mean non-climber masses). We'll be making a few days our of it so will be camping. Just looking for a quite village really, with a campsite and a few good pubs! I'd rather steer clear of the honeypot villages that get inundated with people. Looking to improve my trad a bit after not getting out for a while, so a nice spread of lower grades would be nice. Any suggestions? Is don't really want to much further North than Sheffield (its too far to drive, not because I'm a posh southerner!) but am happy to go a bit further if its worth it!

Ceredigion coast.

No masses, non-climber or climber. Base yourself at Llangrannog. 150 routes within 1/2 mile walk on hard sandstone (think North Pembs, only better). Grades from D-E4, loads of lower grade stuff, much being non-tidal.
