Does 'An Cliora Mor' translate as a place name for 'The Big Clearing'?

as far as I can tell yes; it would seem to derive from the verb 'clìoraig' meaning to clear, including rain clearing the air and possibly also the phrasal verb to clear off. I also imagine it might be used in the imperative when applying a defibrillator...

It should be noted that I am an amateur learner of the Gaelic, not a native, so take all this with sradag salainn (a pinch of salt).

Are you sure you have the name correct as I can't find it anywhere. Do you know the location of this. The word doesn't appear in Dwelly either.
