Am I nuts or has Kyloe crag moved?!
I was walking in last night and noticed all the bracken in front of the crag is leaning sideways. Then I noticed the path feels different to walk along (I've walked into kyloe so many times over the last 15 years it's almost muscle memory). The ground at the bottom of the crag definitely looks disturbed (especially at in front of Deception Buttress), all the foliage is leaning away from it if so it's all rolled over. There's a fair few rocks/boulders lying on the ground that I swear have moved. Topping out on the first climb and looking at the smaller crag at the back (over the field), it looks like there's been a land slide on the right (a brown, smooth looking slop at the extremity of the crag) but I'm not sure if it's always looked like that.
I'm sure something's definitely different about the whole place, the trail along the front of the crag and the walk-in past the style just doesn't feel/look right. Just wondered if anyone else has noticed..?
