I think that might be at L'ecole d'escalade de la Culaz, a limestone crag near Le Chinaillon, at the foot of the col de la Colombiere. Lots of Disney-themed short routes at beginner-friendly grades: Jumbo 3b, Donald 3c, Pocahantas 4b, Pluto 4c... Bolt and chain top belays and lots of bolts for runners.
We stayed just over the valley from there three years ago and my (then) 7 year old enjoyed a couple of late afternoon (a bit too much of a sun-trap for earlier on sunny days) visits. Not exactly local for Annecy but maybe good on the way back from Chamonix or as part of a day out.
