I see that Defra are still persuing this (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-28982297)

I thought it had been shown to be ineffective already (what with the badgers moving the goal posts)?

Last week while camping at Swanage a Badger ripped a whole in my tent and stole some of my home made flapjack...

At Toms Field by any chance? I lost a tug of war to a badger there a couple of months ago, the furry little bugger made off with two sausage rolls.

I met a chap in Skye, who left food in a pocket in his tent, ( invisible from outside) the tent was ripped open and the food taken, but the culprits suspected were ravens in this instance.

The Skye Ravens are particularly adept at getting into things, including zips and buckles. Could probably get a bra undone.

Where were they in the 70's when I needed some life skills like those ?
