Will Scotland be able to become a member of the EU and if so, what conditions may be imposed?

Will the Conservatives take UK out of Europe?

(FWIW, I am pro-EU but anti-Euro!)

This simple answer is nobody knows the answer to either question.

1) Probably yes but it probably won't be a quick process

I can't see Scotland leaving the EU.. I think they'll take some sort of provisional status whilst the i's are dotted and t's crossed..

Re the EU/UK.. I don't think so, but its looking like Labour will get in at the next election so I doubt we'll see a referendum.

I do hope so. Does seem ironic that the strength of UKIP will more than likely split the anti-EU vote and therefore deny the Tories the election and thus a referendum!

That's on the plus side. On the downside is the thought of Milliband in charge of a country
