Need some assistance choosing replacement brake pads for my Scott scale 930.
Specs say the brakes are Shimano M615 so which type of pads would I need?

Thanks

Ps bike is not with me so can't look at the originals

Theres plenty of good replacement pads around from other companies, however I tend to stick with shimano pads as they dont seem so suceptable to squeeling.

Unless you are out in the alps go for the ones without fins.

In terms of compound, sintered wear better especially in the wet, but resin tend to have more bite...bit of a personal preference thing. Bear in mind the originals are most likely resin

ok, thanks.
But i was thinking more of shape.

So, for example, these would be the right shape?
