The Crows Nest (Birchen Edge) - wildlife note
Climbed the The Crows Nest (VS) at Birchen Edge today. When I reached the top of the slab there was a bat living in the recess underneath the top boulder. This is the boulder that you wrap the rope around to set up at the top (only thing use as an anchor).
I made sure the rope went know where near the little fella by being a little creative, but just an FYI to people to make sure they are careful when up there if its set up home.
