Do I need to have my wheels balanced after bearing change?

As the title really, two new bolt on captured bearing assemblies on the front and wondering if it needs re-balancing and the other thing they do to wheels (tracking?). The knuckles didn't come off, just the actual bearing assembly so nothing's really moved.

Thanks

In reply to Sharp:

Standard wheel balancing not required. They used to do balancing with the wheel on the car & if thats what you want then yes get it done. Highly unlikely now days.

Tracking would only need doing if it was done whilst the wheel bearing was seriously bad & fitting the new one has taken up the play so affecting the tracking. Again highly unlikely.

Should be fine unless of course one of the reasons why the bearings went was due to the tracking being off and sideways loading the bearing.

I can't understand any reason why the wheel balance would be out unless they accidentally dislodged a wheel weight while doing the job.

Thanks for the advice, sounds like I don't need them doing but will keep an eye on tread wear.
