Pleasley Vale with kids?

Thinking of taking the grandchildren to Pleasley Vale as it's near where they live. Some questions for locals:
1. are there currently any access problems?
2. does the summer vegetation ruin the whole crag or are there some easy kid-friendly routes not covered in nettles?
3. any recommended routes around Mod to V Diff?

No access issues. The routes on the right of the main buttress are ace including one of the best mods in the peak. Further right the buttresses are more nettled and less solid. Take helmets.

Perfect place to take kids. Hopefully you don't get other kids on motorbikes turn up as well!

Can be OK in light rain as the tree above the main butress is quite big...just keep shoes clean with a rag.

Yep great crag for kids, easy routes are obvious with no guide needed.
