Alright Guys.

So I've had a finger injury in my left hand for roughly 8 months now. I've had various physio treatments which seemed to do the job, however the physio didn't know too much about hands. Fortunately when I pulled my finger out and take rehab seriously it seemed to heal and was going steadily. However the rehab wasn't brilliant, I was just told to rest, heat and take anti-inflamatories. Once it healed enough to climb steadily i hurt my pinky and index finger on the other hand straight after. This wasn't by doing saying strenuous, they just went randomly... To top it off the other finger is playing up again and all this is probably due to my own doing... Does anybody have any recommendations for physios that maybe specialise in hand injuries? I'm currently located in Birmingham but I'll willingly drive if I sorts me out finally!
I've heard Sheffield has some good ones?

Cheers.

Bit far from you but Chris Aldred at Myphysio in Harrogate is very knowledgeable, and also really passionate about what he does. I'm in the middle of some treatment with him and he is doing a good job. Someone on Ukbouldering recommended him to me and said that a few of his mates had been sorted out by him. Best of luck, being injured is shit.
