Self guided walking Cape Verde Islands
Many thanks to all those who responded to my request for advice about walking in La Gomera in the Canaries. We went there and had a great time completing a circuit of the island including the highest peak.
We are now looking at going walking in the Cape Verde Islands in November.
The walking looks very mountainous in lovely, remote surroundings off the beaten track. The weather looks good too
Have any UKCers been there? Any comments/recommenations. Pros and cons?
