Hi,
I'm looking into setting up a commercial bouldering centre, I have a fair amount of capital, but would require further investments, and have been looking into possible cities with the niche for a bouldering only centre, and will be looking for potential premises soon.

I have spoken to a few people with experience, but if anyone has any previous experience with setting up and building a commercial centre, then any information on overall costs, time and unexpected difficulties would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers, Tom.

I've always thought South Wimbledon could be a good place if only a suitable building could be found. There's nothing else in the area easily accessible by public transport.
