I'm running windows 8.1rt and need to turn a structure in a image to a silhouette? Any ideas how other thank printing drawing & scanning it?

Not quite sure exactly what the question is, but if you're dealing altering with an image on your computer, Photoshop is undoubtedly the best way to do it.

Very easy job on Photoshop. All to do with your skills of 'selecting'.
