ROOM 1 - Large Double room available in shared house on Rushdale Road, Meersbrook S8

We have a large double room available to rent out. It has a king size bed, built in wardrobe etc. and looks out onto Rushdale Road in a nice area close to Meersbrook Park.

All bills are included in this excellent value rent, also council tax and broadband. There is gas central heating and a small back yard.

We are looking to fill the rental period from 15th November to 15th April. So this would be a 5-month contract. There may be opportunity to shorten/extend this and move in/out date may be flexible.
The mid terraced property consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area with log burner and bathroom with storage available in the cellar for bikes etc. The owner lives away and uses one of the bedrooms as a base and occasionally stays, so the 2 double rooms are available to rent. One in the attic (second floor) and one on the first floor.
