3.5 day circuit hike around Chamonix region - suggestions pleas
Hi All,
A mate and I are trying to plan a 3 to 3.5 day hike around the Chamonix region. We have already done the circuit from Le Buet back to Chamonix a few years back. Looking at the map there doesn’t seem to be a lot of circuit routes that start and end in Chamonix that don’t require climbing gear. Does anyone know of or has anyone done any good multiday (circuit) hikes around that area – they don’t necessary have to start from Cham, we are flying into Geneva so open to options. Will be going mid Oct so don’t want to go too high in case it snows. Planning on hiking and camping in the mountains rather than huts. Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated.
