3 cliffs bay and tide times

Potentially going to 3 cliffs bay this wkend. Does anyone know how long after high tide it is accessible and dry? Thanks

From experience on a hot summer day, it took about an hour to dry completely, but it's only really the start of routes and there's plenty of easy stuff to get warmed up on while you wait.

Pobbles east is just round the corner and has about 40mins extra time. Can be useful.
