Mountain Biking in Sardinia

We've just bought a last minute flight to Sardinia for a week and amongst other outdoor activities would like to mountain bike for 2 to 3 days. Does anyone know a) where we can rent good quality full suspension bikes and any recommended destinations on the east side of the country.

Was in Orosei last year with an Italian mate. there is bike hire there (at the end of this ride http://www.strava.com/activities/65119018), and the best ride we did was into Biderosa (http://www.strava.com/activities/65119026), which is an amazing place, and you could probably extend that ride to make it longer. Otherwise mostly riding to the beach. Sure there's stuff inland too.

Hi Caroline, the best mountain biking on Sardinia is on the east coast.
