A friend and I are looking at doing a long route in the Pyrenees this winter , something like the Haute Route in the alps, and were not sure whether it has been done before. Does anyone know where would be best to try find this kind of information out?

On ski ? (walking will be very difficult & pretty stupid) if yes there are several books in French & Spanish but (as far as I know) nothing in English. Here's a couple of titles which might be useful
