Just come across a trailer for a film about J. M. W. Turner and noticed that there was a shot of Tryfan and Llyn Ogwen(at 1:40)

Did Turner paint any Welsh mountain scenes - anyone know?

A Google: 'Turner Snowdonia' reveals that he did. Quite a lot.
