Hi,I was watching the vertical sailing vid again and was wandering what type of sail boat they made the journey in. I couldn't make it out from the picture in the news article
Thanks

Don't have anymore than what's on his website I'm afraid:

"'Dodo's Delight' is a Westerly 33ft Discus built in 1980. The current yacht is the second 'Dodo's Delight' and is an almost exact replica of the first which was destroyed by fire while wintering in the ice in Greenland in 2005. She is pivotal to Bob's expeditions.",

I've sailed in it, it's the Discus as Mark says. He focuses on the rigging. No creature comforts inside. His son-in-law (I think) custom made the cockpit canopy. It replaced my dodgy old sail and string version. I'm not sure if he's upgraded the auto-pilot but it was home made too I think. It required a fair bit of supervision.
