Centre Manager
We are looking for the right person to join our team here at Awesome Walls Stockport but your involvement will reach further into our family of centres at Liverpool, Stoke and Sheffield.
Given that AWCC Stockport is one of the busiest centres in the UK we will be looking for a passionate individual with the ability to lead by example and be lead by experience.
A strong management skill set encompassing Personnel Development, IT skills, Social Media knowledge, Customer Focus and the desire to succeed would be advantageous.
A strong knowledge of climbing is more important that strong arms for climbing!
The hours will be varied over the starting months but will settle down to be more regular once all aspects are learned and discovered.
The climbing wall business is ever evolving and we would favour a forward thinking person to bring fresh ideas into our family of walls.
At Awesome Walls Climbing Centres Ltd we have a loyal team with many staff members.
Salary will be negotiated on experience.
Deputy Managers
As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for the front of house day to day running of the climbing centre.
A smiling, enthusiastic, positive person would suit this role well.
You will be guided by the Centre Manager and you will provide guidance to the casual staff members.
Climbing qualifications will be looked on favourably but climbing experience will also be held in high regard.
Full in-house training will be provided as will an allowance to gain further relevant qualifications.
The working hours will be varied from day to day and will include evenings and weekends.
